What is the magnetic lockable brass ball valve?

 

The magnetic lockable brass ball valve, a type of brass ball valve that with magnetic device and key, has a function to prevent valve operation without permission, especially suitable for public places.

 

 

What is the structure of magnetic lockable brass ball valve?

 

The magnetic lockable brass ball valve included three parts: brass ball valve body, magnetic lock and valve key, as shown below:

 

 

How magnetic lockable brass ball valve works? 

 

Brass ball valve is the main part to control the flow open or close, the magnetic lock is used to keep the valve stem from using, the valve keep is to take the magnetic lock off and on, also to switch the ball valve.

How to operate the magnetic lockable brass ball valve

 

Step 1: use magnetic key to touch the magnetic key 

 

 

Step 2: Take off the magnetic lock from brass ball valve body

 

 

Step 3: Insert the stem key and make sure the groove fully contact valve stem

 

  

 

  

 

Step 4: Rotate the valve key and switch the brass ball valve
