1. The installation of the gate valve must be carried out by qualified operators. The deviation of the different axial directions of the two ends of the pipeline must not be too large, otherwise excessive pipeline installation stress will be generated, resulting in failure and damage. The thread precision and effective length strictly enforce the ISO228-1 relevant standards. 
 
When installing the screw, the hex or octagonal part of the same side of the thread should be clamped. The hexagonal or octagonal part of the other end of the valve should not be wrenched to avoid deformation of the valve. It must be made of Teflon tape or thread sealant seal.

2. To install the tightening valve, you must use the corresponding torque wrench or pipe wrench, and screw in the effective thread length. Do not excessively cause the inner end surface to be pressed, causing the sealing surface to be damaged and leaking. 3. The brass gate valve handwheel is designed according to the corresponding torque. The size is different. Do not use the booster arm instead to avoid damage to the valve. The valve stem seal packing is PTFE. If the friction leaks, the gland can be tightened. Make compensation. It is necessary to remove the medium pressure to replace the packing. For the refrigeration, the HVAC system brass gate valve must use the 1.6MPa (or above nominal pressure) specification valve.
 
4. When installing the flange brass gate valve, it must ensure that the flange faces at both ends of the pipe are parallel and coaxial. The spacing is suitable. The connection screw holes are corresponding. It should not be too large, otherwise the valve installation quality and sealing performance will be affected.
