1. Design and Engineering
For new products, OEM products, or regular products with modification, engineers will design the brass ball valves before releasing for production, to ensure everything conform to quality standard and customers’ requirements.

2. Raw Materials
The raw materials will be selected as per production BOM sheet. Different kinds of brass materials are separately stored with specific color labels, to classify the material types and avoid misuse.

3. Cutting and Forging
The different sized brass bars are cut to small pieces according to the order requirements, thoroughly heated by a temperature of 650-750℃, and forged by forging machines. Forged brass ball valves are most used in China, because of its strength and leakage tightness.

Use trimming moulds to remove burr and flashing of rough body, make it in right shape.

5. Sandblasting
Wash the rough bodies with sands in sandblasting machines to make the surface clean and smooth, the sand sizes depends on the kind of surface requirements, normally 0.3 to 0.4mm. Each and every rough body will be inspected; the defected ones will be picked out.

6. Machining
CNC and multi-axis machines will work out the correct dimensions and threads, for end threads and stem holes, as per technical drawings. Machining is a very important process for the quality of brass ball valves, and we have first piece inspection, on-site inspection, and final inspection, to ensure every detail conforms to standards.

7. Surface Treatment
Surface treatment is an outsourced working process, because of the environmental regulations from government. Surface treatment includes nickel-plating, chrome-plating, brass plating, acid washing and so on.

8. Assembly
All the spare parts, such as brass valve body, brass valve bonnets, brass balls, valve handles, seats, will be assembled as a whole valve in working lines.

9. Testing
The valves will be leakage tested one by one, with a 6~8 Bar pressure air, to ensure there is no leaks. The valve will keep closed with air for 2 to 24hours (the bigger size, the longer time), and will be check if the air leaked when packing, those without air will be picked out for repair or replace.
10. Packing and delivery
The finished brass ball valves will be packed in boxes after inspection, and loaded in pallets for delivery.
